We understand that sometimes life happens. If you find that you cannot keep your reservation, we ask that you notify us a minimum of 24 hours in advance. We are a small, family owned business. Giving us proper notice of a cancellation gives us an opportunity to offer your seat to other customers. This not only gives others the chance to experience a tour, but helps us keep our prices low by keeping our tours full. If you do not show up for your tour and have not properly cancelled your reservation, we will charge your debit/credit card for the total cost of your reservation. If you can’t make it, just give us a call or text.
